As our members know, the Florida Certification Board is committed to ensuring that Providers, both agencies and individuals, maintain the most up-to-date information, training, expertise, and quality with the changes in health care standards. The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) has a dramatic impact on the way many of us conduct our business.
