BISI provides ongoing review, assessment, and oversight for continued compliance.

Timetables
HIPAA deadlines make it challenging to bring an organization into full compliance with all elements of the law. Therefore, BISI first uses an efficient, short-term approach that will help you achieve some level of compliance. These initial, short-term strategies include developing and adopting general policies and procedures that are consistent with HIPAA; conducting immediate training of your workforce; and designating a Privacy Officer. The BISI Compliance Assessment can be delivered within weeks of our initial one-day visit to establish the scope and targets of the necessary interviews in your offices. BISI will conduct interviews and complete the assessment, recommendations, and the work plan.

Pricing is based on hourly estimates for the full compliance assessment and work plan formulation:

Conduct interviews/gap analysis - 60 hours
Produce assessment and compliance tasks - 180 hours
Formulate work plan to assure complete compliance - 120 hours
